The colorful rim of birds surrounds an entwining flow of leaves reminiscent of a nest or nesting. Each leaf is outlined in dense black line, finer colored veins detail each leaf. The leaves and birds are filled in with mixed colors of glass frit for shading and depth.
Each 3-dimensional piece is suitable for functional uses- bowls, plates, small dishes. All are food safe as top surface is sealed in clear glass.
